Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our schedules, the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. Complimentary Consultations:

    • Complimentary consultations are a one-time opportunity per client.

    • If a consultation is missed without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled.

  2. Scheduled Sessions (Personalized Coaching & Business Solutions):

    • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

    • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of that session. Refunds or rescheduling will not be provided.

  3. Package Cancellations:

    • Clients may cancel their package with a partial refund only.

    • If cancellation occurs within 30 days, a financial penalty will apply.

Late Policy

Punctuality ensures that both parties receive the full benefit of the scheduled time. Our late policy is as follows:

  1. For Individual Sessions:

    • If you are more than 10 minutes late for a session, the session may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed.

    • If rescheduling is not feasible, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  2. For Weekly Coaching Calls:

    • Weekly calls included in packages must be conducted within the designated package period. For example, in a 4-week package, calls must occur weekly.

    • If a session is missed or rescheduling within the same week is not possible, that session will be forfeited.

  3. For Business Solutions Projects:

    • Timeliness in project-related meetings is critical to ensure successful outcomes. If a meeting must be rescheduled due to lateness, advance notice is required, and availability may be limited.

    • Persistent delays on the client’s part may result in delays in deliverables, without penalty or liability on the provider’s part.
