Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments:

All payments made for services are non-refundable. This applies to deposits, installment payments, and final balances.

 

Cancellation of Packages:

Clients may cancel their package with a partial refund only if more than two weeks remain in the package duration. The refund will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service, minus any administrative fees.

 

Missed or Late Sessions:

Missed calls or sessions are considered forfeited unless canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, it may need to be rescheduled at the coach's discretion, depending on availability.

 

Cancellation Policy for Free Consultations:

Free consultations are offered as a one-time opportunity. If a consultation is missed without notice, rescheduling will not be permitted.
